Terms and Conditions for Luckydraw

This Lucky Draw (the “Lucky Draw“) is open to legal residents of Singapore. 

• The promotion starts on 20th May 2024 and ends August 31st, 2024 
• Entries received outside of this period will not be considered. 

• Royal Series: RBW-33B, RBW-33M, RBW-33P-P, RBW-33P-P Lite  
• XWell Series: XS-20, XS-30, XC-15, XC-30 
• Prestige Series: RTLE-33B, RTLE-33M, RTLE-33P-P, RTLE-33P-P1 (Black) 
• EHG Wi-Fi Slim Series: EHG-25S(WIFI), EHG-40S(WIFI) 

• To enter the giveaway, customers must purchase any of the participating products from any of our authorized dealers or sub-dealers. 

• Scan QR Code to participate or through this [link] and fill in the details accordingly. 
• After submitting your participation, wait for the announcement from our social media page. 
• Winner(s) will be contacted directly through their contact details provided after the announcement of winners through our respective channels. 

• The winner(s) will be selected and notified on the following dates: 

• Draw Date: 5th September 2024 
• Notification Date: 9th September 2024 

• The winner(s) will be notified via: 

• Social Media 
• Email 
• Direct Contact 

• If a winner cannot be contacted within 1 week of the announcement or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, another winner will be selected within two weeks. 

• Confirmed winners must claim their prizes within the stated time frame. Otherwise, the prizes will be forfeited after the period has lapsed. 

• Air Tickets – 4 (Four) Weeks 
• 2nd – 8th Prize – 4 (Four) Weeks 

• The prize(s) for the Giveaway is/are as follows: 

• The prize(s) is/are non-transferable and non-refundable. 
• No cash or other substitution for the prize(s) will be offered. 
• The winner(s) are solely responsible for any taxes and additional costs associated with the prize(s). 
• Vouchers that are given out are going to be valid from [Dates]. Validity dates on the vouchers are fixed and non-changeable. 
• Terms and conditions for each and every prize remain. Lucky draw winners are to refer to and abide by all the details stated in these terms and conditions. 

• By entering the Lucky Draw, you agree to allow Rheem to collect, use, and disclose your personal information for the following purposes, in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA): 

• To administer the Lucky Draw and contact the winner(s). 
• To send you promotional emails or newsletters (with an unsubscribe option).  

• We will not share your personal information with any third-party companies without your consent, except as necessary to administer the Lucky Draw or comply with Singapore law.  
• You can review our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information, and your rights under the PDPA. 

• Rheem reserves the right to cancel or modify the Lucky Draw at any time without notice. 
• All Staff under the employment of Rheem Singapore is not eligible for this Lucky Draw. If drawn, they will be disqualified. 
• By entering the Lucky Draw, you grant Rheem the non-exclusive right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without any further compensation. 
• All decisions and results by Rheem shall be deemed final. 

• You agree to release and hold harmless Rheem and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their officers, directors, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to the Lucky Draw or the use of the prize(s).
