  • The prize(s) is/are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • No cash or other substitution for the prize(s) will be offered.
  • The winner(s) are solely responsible for any taxes and additional costs associated with the prize(s).
  • Vouchers that are given out are going to be valid from [Dates]. Validity dates on the vouchers are fixed and non-changeable.
  • Terms and conditions for each and every prize remain. Lucky draw winners are to refer to and abide by all the details stated in these terms and conditions.

Additional Terms

  • Rheem reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Lucky Draw and any associated programs at any time without notice.
  • All Staff under the employment of Rheem Singapore is not eligible for this Lucky Draw. If drawn, they will be disqualified.
  • By entering the Lucky Draw, you grant Rheem the non-exclusive right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without any further compensation.
  • All decisions and results by Rheem shall be deemed final.
  • You agree to release and hold harmless Rheem and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their officers, directors, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to the Lucky Draw or the use of the prize(s).

  • These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed by the laws of Singapore

  • This Lucky Draw (the “Lucky Draw”) is open to legal residents of Singapore.

Entry Period

  • The promotion starts on 1st July 2025 and ends 31st March 2026
  • Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

How to Participate

  • To enter the giveaway, customers must purchase any of the participating products from any of our authorized dealers or sub-dealers.
  • Scan QR Code to participate or through this https://www.rheemsingapore.com/buy-register-and-win/#pform and fill in the details accordingly.
  • After submitting your participation, wait for the announcement from our social media page.
  • Winner(s) will be contacted directly through their contact details provided after the announcement of winners through our respective channels.

Draw dates & Announcements

There will be three separate draws conducted on the following dates:

  • 1st draw: October 1, 2025, with winners announced on October 8, 2025.
  • 2nd draw: January 2, 2026, with winners announced on January 9, 2026.
  • 3rd draw: April 1, 2026, with winners announced on April 8, 2026.

Automatic Entry: Every eligible participant will be automatically entered into all three draws unless they have won in a previous draw. Once a participant has won, they will no longer be eligible for subsequent draws.

Winners

  • The announcement of winners will be made publicly on the designated date, and winners will be notified through official communication channels
  • If a winner cannot be contacted within 1 week of the announcement or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, another winner will be selected within two weeks.
  • Confirmed winners must claim their prizes within the stated time frame. Otherwise, the prizes will be forfeited after the period has lapsed.
    • Cruise Voucher – 4 (Four) Weeks
    • 2nd – 5th Prize – 4 (Four) Weeks
  • The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel any draw at its discretion due to unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice.
